Ashton Baats's Terms of Service 2026

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service. Please read this before contacting me for a commission.I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason

Cancellations, Delays,Refunds

-Commission completion can take anywhere from a couple days to a month at most.
-If any delays happen on my end of things you will be notified.
-If I'm unable to compete the commission for any reason because of reasons on my end, you will be issued a full refund.
-A full redund is only optional if I'm unable to finish the commission
-If you would like to cancel, a full refund can be granted for whatever reason as long as I haven't started the piece.

-You may not ask for a refund once the commission is completed

Payment Requirement

-All payments are made through paypal(USD currency).
-You must be at least 18 or older to commission me.
-Please provide a clear reference, and clear instructions for any details you want in your piece. Having clear communication will prevent me from making a mistake.

Process

-You will be provided with multiple wips throughout the commission process(you can also opt out of receiving wips if you choose).
-All wips will be sent via Telegram, discord, or Instagram.

Any major changes when the commission is nearly or fully completed, you WILL have to pay for that change.

-when the commission is completed you will be emailed a high quality file.

Rights to Artwork

-You have the right to the artwork once its finished. You may post, use, or edit the artwork as you like.
-I have the right to post and share the artwork on my social medias. I do not claim to own any characters depicted in the art.
